West inks second 10-day contract with Hawks

ATLANTA (AP) -- The Atlanta Hawks have signed guard Mario West to a second 10-day contract.

West has averaged 1.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in four games since being signed him to the Hawks, who signed him from the NBA Development League. He had spent the last two years with Atlanta before being cut this season in training camp.

West was not in uniform for Friday night's game against Charlotte.
